Ordered products in March of this year. Partial delivery of order (2 tubs). Now October 4 and calls & emails to check on delivery of remaining goods promised by end of September went unanswered. Drove to the Calgary outlet today and a note on the locked door said they'd had a break-in and were "working through inventory & insurance procedures", which differs from the "closed for taking inventory and staff training" note reported on another forum. Not sure why this would prevent them from answering their phone in Calgary or Edmonton or responding to emails. The fact that they have no one at the store and the posts complaining of staff layoffs and others in the same boat as we are makes me skeptical of their motives. Don't want to go all Defcon 5 on them if they are truly having legitimate, short-term challenges but they do need to be up front and transparent. Also they do have about $5K of my money against delivery of goods so not going quietly into the night. Hopefully the business principals, Rob Siegmund and/or Nitin Joshi will respond to this post clarifying their situation.

UPDATE: The same day as the response to my initial post (See below)I sent details of our initial order as requested by the owner to the email address they indicated. I sent information including invoice date (May), invoice number product not yet received and cost of item as well as my wife’s name. We also followed up with a voice message (the message system was no longer ‘full’). As of writing we have not had a reply to our email as indicated would be the case or a return phone call. Initial post We are waiting on a tub that was ordered months ago. Serenity confirmed with us that they had it prior to our renovations starting then told our contractor they didn't have it and most recently said it was to be delivered on Sept 12. It has yet to be delivered and they will not pick up their phones or return our many messages. Today I tried to call and I received a message indicating the voice messaging 'was full' and when I checked their webpage it stated it is "currently unavailable". When I drove to the store a sign was up saying "we will closed for the day for inventory and training". I also tried calling the Edmonton location and also received a voice message. If anyone has any information about whether they are actually still in business please leave a post.

I am a general contractor in Calgary, and am currently building a custom home. Our clients picked several high-end fixtures from Serenity, which we ordered (through our plumber) and paid a large deposit for. Now that it’s time to collect the order, we have been unable to even walk into the showroom for the past week, and have had no response to repeated emails and phone calls. Very strange and unusual behaviour from a supplier.
