Only thing to improve is waiting time.. even after taking appointments you need to wait for minimum 2 hours at each visit.. there is no respect for patients time. Focus is changed to only Making money.
Updating after 4 months.. there is no improvement. Worst management. Doctor and staff no one cares for patients time. Better to go with some other hospitals. Here just money making machine is there.

Firstly the staff including Dr were very nice in talking and helping. Thanks. But unfortunately they missed to check Weight n BP during my wife's 1st consultation may be due to heavy rush.
This is one of my main reasons for giving 4 stars.
To improve on below aspects:
I got my booked appointment canceled without any intimation. Later I had to walk in and had to wait 3times more time. Kindly improve on Appointments and update customers via SMS or call if any change/cancelation in schedule.
One more major inconvenience was on privacy. While my wife was being scanned by Dr in her room, another couple went inside and there was no one to stop them. My wife felt very uncomfortable during that time.
Parking was a very bad experience. We had to wait in hot sun in our car for 15mins to get out as other cars were parked blocking our way. Extended Valet parking space is very much needed.
