Be vary wary of this company and their sales tactics. I was pressured in to giving them a £1000 deposit to "lock in" prices and at no point told it was non-refundable or signed any contracts. However, it transpired that this wasn't the case and in fact to lock in the price I was required to sign the contract and commit to the purchase of the kitchen.
Having asked twice now for the deposit back I have subsequently been ignored. Would advise you think twice before giving them any money as a deposit.
Appalling customer service, left all our details and requirements and was promised a detailed quote/design after driving an hour to the Brierley Hill showroom. Had to call numerous times for updates and was constantly fobbed off. Last we were promised to be contacted after christmas, it's now February and heard nothing. Be warned!
Kitchens4DIY were very professional and provided top quality service. They helped me with the installation of my new luxury kitchen with no problems at all. I would highly recommend them.
